I am working hard at trying to change my eating habits and have a healthier lifestyle. My blog is about that journey. I do not have a blog that is devoted to healthy eating and recipes, but I like to post recipes from time to time. I do not post workouts all the time. I may not be the biggest fitness blog out there, but I would consider my blog a healthy living blog.

I joined Healthy Living Blogs a couple months ago. I decided to join because it would get my blog out there. I am hoping that my blog can help others. It is not only a place for me to document my weight loss journey and my life, but hopefully it is a place where at least one person can relate to my story or problems.

It is a great resource center for blogging tips. I am not an expert blogger so there "Build a Better Blog" section is helpful. They have "Blog Tip Thursday" as a series that has great tips on how to make a better blog and how to add different things.

I would love to go to one of their Healthy Living Summits. It is a weekend conference with classes that help create better blogging. Maybe one day.
