I don't usually blog a lot on weekends, but I am going to try to participate in the Sunday Social every week. I think it is fun to answer the questions. I loved thinking back on the years past this week. 
1. Favorite Holiday Movies/ TV Specials?
I love the cartoon Santa & The Three Bears, it was hard to find on DVD but I finally got it a few years ago. I am a huge Christmas movie fan though. I am addicted to the Hallmark Channel during December to watch all the festive movies.

I really liked Blake Shelton's Christmas Special that was on last week. I laughed through the whole thing.

2. Do you do any volunteering during the holidays if so what? If not what would you do?
I volunteer year round, but I don't think of it as volunteering. I just do it. I am an EMT on a Rescue Squad in our area. Since having Mason I have not pulled that many shifts, but I have been getting back into it. It is actually how my husband and I met.

3. Favorite toy received as a child for the holidays?
How do I pick one? My mom is great at picking out things for me. I used to get the best jackets, the best outfits, and the best toys/accessories. I would have to say that the best gift was the easy bake oven I got one year. It was not a new one like all my friends had, it was the one my mom had when she was a kid. It was old, but it worked just fine and I got to bake delicious treats :)

4. What was your must have item in High School for the Holidays?
I remember wanting a Tamagotchi, but not getting one. In my later years of High School I wanted things like cameras or gift cards for shopping.

5. Item you begged for the most and never got?
I don't really remember... My parents always made sure we had a great Christmas and I usually got a few of the must have items.
I found a note from Santa the other day that said he could not fit my gift in his sleigh. I was 4 so i do not remember what it was and neither does my mom :/
Now I can see that it is my mom's handwriting, but I must have been in awe that he wrote me a note.

6. What do you do on Christmas Eve?
We got to a Christmas Eve service with Tim's family. Then we go to my aunt's house for a little Christmas get together. Last year Christmas Eve was when we announced to our close family that we were pregnant.
