We have had another good day here at the house :) I slept in this morning until 9:30 and got up while Mason was still sleeping. I got a few things done around the house before he woke up. He napped today for a few hours and I got a 2.5 mile walk in at 3.3 mph and 6.5% incline. Phew that is a total of 18.7 miles this week!

I have exciting news :) Well exciting for me... I was featured!
I wrote a piece on how I want to get back into my exercise and healthy eating routine after having Mason. I have been cleared to return to all normal activity and I am ready. Check it out :)I have been thinking about starting Weight Watchers again. I am thinking I want to do the online version, but I am worried I will not be held accountable. Something about going to get weighed in with a stranger made me more likely to lose weight. The online version would be a lot easier than trying to get to the weigh in location on Mondays.
Has anyone tried the online version? How did you do? I like the idea of the online tools, if I go with the meetings I have to pay even more for the online tools.
