Monday I got 2 walks in, a total of 6 miles, and I felt great at the end of the day. I have felt like I was missing something the last few weeks and I believe I now know what it was - my walks. I feel great when I am done and covered in sweat.
Tuesday was a nice relaxing day for us. I put Mason in an outfit that he was swimming in when we came home from the hospital and it now fits perfectly.
Mason and I met Judy in Granville for a walk in the afternoon. It was great to be outside. The weather was a little hot and humid, but there was a nice breeze. We have the best neighbor! She stopped by yesterday to bring some green beans form her garden and an eggplant. If you follow me on Instagram (@AshZ131) then you saw that I do now know what to do with it. Any Suggestions?
We met Judy again on Wednesday for a walk. Before we went for our walk, I took a trip to the cemetery. A friend of my dad's made him a head stone and it is amazing. I love it and I think it is a great fit, it is all marble. My dad used to work with marble all the time as a stone mason. Being there and seeing it was a lot to take it and it definitely made it more real.
*****************This morning after the 7:30 feeding I decided to stay awake when I put Mason back to sleep. I gave up a couple hours of sleep, but I got a lot done while he slept. I walked 3.2 miles on the treadmill at 3.2 mph and 6.5% incline. I showered and dressed with no interruptions, I was able to pump and eat breakfast, and I sat by myself watching The Today Show for a little while before he woke up. It was a perfect morning.
